Eugene E. Gutierrez President	Eugene E Gutierrez is the President of Central Reinforcing Corporation, founded in 2006. Eugene is passionate about serving customers, developing employees and growing the company to be the best in the industry. With over 15 years experience in senior management and the construction industry, Eugene built the company with the highest standards on a foundation of integrity, quality, service and fiscal responsibility. As founder of Central Reinforcing, Eugene maintains a hands-on approach to guiding and managing day-to-day operations and service delivery. He is an advocate of continuous improvement and places a high priority on achieving employee satisfaction and growth. His key responsibilities include establishment of the company's strategic goals and objectives, performance standards needed to exceed customer expectations, hiring key personnel, and managing client relationships while ensuring the company's financial performance is sound and well capitalized. Beginning his career with one of the nation's big eight accounting firms, Coopers & Lybrand, Eugene later shifted his interests and entered the construction industry as Vice President CFO of a leading, mid-sized general contracting firm specializing in commercial tenant improvements. In this capacity, Eugene was responsible for all financial operations and administrative shared services functions. After 5 years, Eugene advanced his career and joined the senior management team at one of the west coast's largest, vertically-integrated steel reinforcing, fabricating and post tensioning companies with annual revenues exceeding $100 million. Serving over 8 years as Vice President / CFO, Eugene was responsible for all corporate finance, insurance, human resources, shop and field safety programs. During this time, Eugene received his professional Designation in Construction Management from UCLA. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California with a B.B.A. degree from the University of San Diego.
Patricia Cipriano Chief Financial Officer	Patricia Cipriano is the Chief Financial Officer for Central Reinforcing Corporation. Patricia is responsible for all aspects of the company's financial position and performance while she also manages all activities of the financial accounting staff. Those activities include financial reporting, planning, and financial operations. Patricia has over 20 years experience in accounting and finance with the past 8 years being dedicated to the steel reinforcing industry. Prior to joining Central Reinforcing Corporation, Patricia served 6 successful years at a large, west coast reinforcing steel and post tensioning installation company quickly achieving the position of Controller and acting CFO. Prior to that, Patricia served 9 years with internal audit at a large national insurance company. Patricia is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Eric M. Lanaria Vice President	Eric Lanaria is a Vice President at Central Reinforcing Corporation. Eric is responsible for all estimating, detailing and field operation activities. Eric is a licensed civil engineer and has over 20 years experience in steel reinforcing, post-tensioning and fabrication. Eric started in the industry at ground level and has held increasingly responsible positions from Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and Post-Tensioning Manager. Eric's prior employment history includes over 5 years at two different large west coast reinforcing steel companies preceded by over 8 years at Bilfinger and Berger, a renowned international construction company.
Juan Mena Superintendant Field Operations	Juan Mena is Superintendant of Field Operations at Central Reinforcing Corporation. Juan is responsible for the on time delivery and quality of field installation activities along with customer satisfaction. He directs and manages the activities of all on-site site iron placing crews and is the key on-site point of contact. Juan has over 20 years experience in the steel industry and field operations. Prior to coming to Central Reinforcing in 2006, Juan was a General Foreman at Pyramid Builders following 14 successful years at Bonneville Steel in Irwindale, CA. Juan specializes in tilt-up construction, parking garage, conventional reinforced and post tensioning cable reinforced elevated decks and multi-story reinforced concrete buildings.
